Welcome to your online gallery with Mary-Elizabeth Koch Photography!
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing, downloading, or sharing your images. By using this gallery, you agree to the following terms.
1. Image Ownership
All images remain the copyright and intellectual property of Mary-Elizabeth Koch Photography. You are granted a personal use license to download, print, and share images for personal, non-commercial use. This means you can:
Print your images for home or gifts
Share them on social media with proper credit to Mary-Elizabeth Koch Photography.
You may not:
Edit, crop, filter, or alter the images in any way that changes their original appearance
Use images for commercial purposes (advertising, resale, or business use) without written permission.
2. Sharing & Credit
You’re encouraged to share your images! When posting on social media, please tag or mention Mary-Elizabeth Koch Photography so credit is given to the artist.
Please avoid applying filters or altering the images, as this misrepresents the final artwork.
3. Gallery Access & Availability
Your gallery will remain active for 60 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated.
After that period, the gallery may be archived or deleted.
If you need your gallery reactivated after expiration, a $50 re-hosting fee may apply.
4. Printing Recommendations
Images are delivered in high-resolution and are suitable for printing.
For best results, please use a professional print lab. Mary-Elizabeth Koch Photography is not responsible for print quality or color variations from consumer labs or third-party printers.
5. Privacy & Security
Your gallery is private and accessible only via a unique link (and password if applied). You may share your link with friends and family at your discretion. Mary-Elizabeth Koch Photography will never share your gallery publicly without your written consent.
6. Liability
Mary-Elizabeth Koch Photography is not liable for loss, corruption, or misuse of files once images have been delivered and downloaded. It is the client’s responsibility to back up and securely store their images after download.
7. Agreement
By accessing or downloading your gallery, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
